Paid plans are billed by our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and refunds — that’s the name you’ll see on your statement. This page is the policy they apply on our behalf.
Cancelling
- Cancel anytime; no forms, no calls.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free.
- Nothing is deleted on downgrade: decks, publications, themes and collaborators all stay. Paid-only capabilities simply switch off.
Refunds
- First purchase, 14 days: if Pro isn’t what you hoped, your first purchase of a plan (monthly or yearly) is refundable in full within 14 days — just ask.
- Renewals: not refunded by default. If a renewal charged when you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out reasonably.
- Billing errors: double charges or charges after cancellation are always refunded in full.
Statutory rights
If the consumer law where you live gives you stronger rights — for example in the EU or UK — those rights apply and nothing here reduces them.
How to ask
Email support@beem-ai.dev from your account’s address with the charge date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
